Group Therapy is a great way to connect with people who are going through what you are going
through right now. There are different types of group therapy: psychoeducational group, support, group, and therapeutic group.
In the past, I have facilitated all three different types of the group. Please check back to this page as the groups are offered at different time throughout the year.
