Welcome to my EMDR consultation services, where I, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, offer tailored support to therapists looking to elevate their skills in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I aim to guide you through integrating EMDR into your daily practice and helping you overcome feelings of overwhelm, defeat, and uncertainty. I believe that by applying the three-pronged, eight-phased protocol in your work with clients, you will come to appreciate how EMDR can benefit your clinical practice. My consultation services encompass:

Case Consultation: Delve into specific cases and receive guidance on conceptualizing the case via the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model to apply EMDR’s three-pronged and eight-phased protocol for case conceptualization, treatment planning, target selection, and troubleshooting during reprocessing.

I offer both individual and group consultations, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your learning style and needs.
On the other hand, EMDR group consultation fosters a strong sense of community and collaboration among a small group of EMDR therapists. It’s a space to discuss your cases, share experiences, and receive guidance and feedback from the EMDRIA approved consultant, making you feel connected and supported in your professional journey.

Individual Consultation
Intro Meeting: You can schedule a 15-minute intro meeting for a fitness check chat. During this quick intro meeting, we will get to know each other, learn about your EMDR learning experiences, and learn about my consultation style.

Individual Consultation: In the individual consultation session, consultees can tailor their needs. In addition to discussing specific clients, complex cases, and EMDR standard protocol applications, I, as a consultant, can assist the consultees in integrating their unique clinical style with the EMDR protocol.
For clinicians seeking EMDRIA certification: At least 10 hours of individual consultation are required.

EMDR Consultation
Group Consultation
In group consultation sessions, consultees gain insight from the consultant and support and experiences from each other. This supportive environment can enhance your professional growth, improve your skills, and make you feel part of a larger community of EMDR practitioners. Group consultation also allows for the exchange of ideas and different perspectives, which can contribute to more effective treatment planning and problem-solving.
I understand your busy schedule, so I’ve created this flexible sign-up process to accommodate your needs and make joining us easier, ensuring you feel valued and accommodated in your professional development. Currently, I offer three different types of consultation groups.

Monthly Consultation Group
The monthly consultation group is a two-hour session with 6-8 members that provides a unique opportunity to foster a sense of community and professional development while advancing your EMDR practice.
Each 2-hour monthly group costs $50 per person per session. This monthly 2-hour group is an open group; you can sign up for just one session. To encourage consistency and support for group cohesiveness, you will receive a 10% discount, totaling $225 per person if you register for five groups simultaneously.
Please note that EMDRIA allows up to 10 hours of group consultation to be accounted for toward EMDR certification.

One-hour Consultation Group
Consultees who can only commit to one-hour consultation groups can sign up for this one-hour group. The cost for each group is $30 per person per session. This group is offered every other week with 3-4 members. It is also an open group. You can sign up for just one session, too. To encourage consistency and support for group cohesiveness, you will receive a 10% discount, totaling $135 per person if you register for five groups simultaneously.

One-Hour Triad Consultation Group
Do you have a colleague with whom you want to share the consultation time? In this triad consultation group, you and your colleague can share the consultation time with mutual support from each other without having to start from scratch. The cost of each group is $40 per person per session. To encourage the consistency of your learning process, you will receive a 10% discount, totaling $180 per person if you register for five sessions.
Registration: Once you register, I will email you the intake form, consultation informed consent form for first-time consultees, and payment invoices. Your payment must be made at least three days in advance to confirm your attendance and secure a spot in the group.
Refunds & Cancelations: In order to keep consultation affordable, no refunds will be issued once payment is received, including for missed appointments. This policy is in place to ensure you feel secure and confident in your investment in your professional development.
Certification of consultation hours: Upon request, all consultees will receive a letter to testify about the consultation hours they’ve worked with me. For more details about using this letter for EMDR certification endorsement, please get in touch with me.
